Services - Code for Sustainable Homes

Asbri Planning has four accredited Code for Sustainable Homes (CfSH) assessors offering a comprehensive assessment service, working with developers to enable you to achieve the relevant standards.

In 2009 the Welsh Assembly Government introduced a new national sustainable buildings planning policy for Wales which means that all new dwellings in Wales must be designed and constructed to achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3.

We also offer a SAP Assessment service, which goes hand in hand with the CfSH assessment.
