Our clients include development companies, property investors, individuals, retailers, investment trust funds and local authorities. Several of our commercial projects have been part of mixed-use regeneration developments in key towns in South Wales. The services we provide include: Appraising potential commercial sites; facilitating pre-application meetings with local authority planners; co-ordinating, briefing and managing specialist technical development teams; co-ordinating the preparation and submission of planning applications, including preparing Design and Access Statements and/or planning statements; monitoring the determination of planning applications by the local planning authorities; negotiating S106s; co-ordinating the process of discharging planning conditions; undertaking employment land assessments; undertaking retail impact assessments; co-ordinating site marketing strategies; co-ordinating BREEAM assessments and when necessary lodging and preparing S78 Planning Appeals. Our strategic development team also promote strategic commercial sites via the development plans. Our service includes: advising on development strategies, employment/retail need and supply analysis; sustainable development appraisal; demographic assessments; development team co-ordination; policy reviews and advising on promotion strategies for each development plan statutory stage. |
