Our experience assisting educational establishments with planning matters is extensive and varied. Our clients include universities and colleges. We have submitted planning applications for new teaching and research buildings, media facilities, lecture theatres, conversions of existing student accommodation into new administration and tutorial facilities, new student accommodation, and several minor applications for estate developments such as new external health and safety structures, new refectory, external entrance/reception facilities to buildings and provision of a ‘Park & Ride’ facility.

Our development plan team has provided input into estate-wide development strategies and promoted surplus education land for alternative development via emerging development plans. The development plan work has included preparing masterplans for the surplus land to support the development plan promotion.

Clients include:
Aberystwyth University, Trinity St. David University, and Gorseinon College.
