Environmental Impact Assessments

Many major developments require support from a formal Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). Our EIA team has an enviable track record of recent instructions that span major residential, leisure, mixed-use, retail and renewable energy sectors.

We are supported by a technical consultancy that undertakes elements of the EIA. As part of the EIA process we work closely with local authorities and statutory consultees. Our services include 'screening' potential developments under the EIA regulations, 'scoping' the content of Environmental Statements (ESs), co-ordinating the preparation of ESs and also managing the administration the EIA process.
