Asbri secure full planning permission for Morganstone / Pobl for a new 41 unit scheme with associated landscaping and infrastructure works on land at the former Four Seasons Social Club, Trallwn Road, Llansamlet, Swansea.
The scheme is supported by grant funding from Welsh Government and is supported by City & County of Swansea's Housing Dept. The development team was made up of LeTrucco Design, Blackburn Griffiths and Asbri Transport who collaboratively work through various technical issues to secure a positive officer recommendation and subsequent Committee approval.
