Triumph for Asbri Planning in Caerphilly Planning Committee Yesterday
Llinos helped secured outline consent at Caerphilly Planning Committee for the development of 9 residential units on land to the east of Troed y Rhiw in Ystrad Mynach for our client Emtrek Ltd. The development which reflects the existing residential character of the area, presents an appropriate "windfall" site which will contribute to a major housing land shortfall in Caerphilly County Borough. Dylan assisted in securing full planning consent at Caerphilly Planning Committee for 34 dwellings for Pobl Group at Mill Street in Risca. The development of one, two and three bedroom properties as well as assisted living apartments will enhance the residential character of the surrounding area whilst delivering much needed affordable and assited living housing.
The design team includes; Morganstone Ltd, Stongs Ltd, Powell Dobson,Blackburn Griffiths Ltd, Eric Hawkeswood, Steve Ambler, Terra Firma and Asbri Transport.
