Appraising potential housing sites; facilitating pre-application meetings with
local authority planners; co-ordinating, briefing and managing specialist technical development teams; co-ordinating the preparation and submission of planning applications, including preparing Design and Access Statements and/or
planning statements; monitoring the determination of planning applications by
the local planning authorities; negotiating S106s; co-ordinating the process of discharging planning conditions; undertaking Code for Sustainable Homes assessments; and, when necessary, lodging and preparing S78 Planning Appeals.

Our strategic development team also promote strategic housing sites via the development plans. Our service includes: advising on development strategies, housing need and supply analysis; sustainable development appraisal; demographic assessments; development team co-ordination; policy reviews and advising on promotion strategies for each development plan statutory stage.
