Before securing a legal interest in land, many of our clients
require an appraisal of the planning merits of purchasing a particular site.
Our appraisal will consider the likelihood of planning permission being granted
on the site, or the chances of it being included for development in an emerging development plan. In instances where a positive appraisal is advocated we will outline the S106 contributions likely to be requested by the planners and the supporting documentations that will be required to promote any planning application.
