Asbri Planning has been commissioned by Cardiff Living and Wates Residential to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of the proposed residential development of 215 homes comprising 150 general market homes and 65 affordable homes (which includes a 44 bed older persons’ independent living accommodation block) and associated infrastructure at Former Eastern High School (Rumney High School), Newport Road, Rumney, Cardiff, CF3 3XG.
