Asbri Planning Ltd has been commissioned by United Welsh Housing Association to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of the proposed residential development on land at Heol Bro Wen, Caerphilly, CF83 3GH.
Notice is hereby given that United Welsh Housing Association is intending to apply to Caerphilly County Borough Council for planning permission, for the following development;
Full planning application for the development of 11 no.residential dwellings and associated works.
Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review on-line below. Computer facilities are available in Caerphilly Library between the hours of 09:30am-13:00pm & 14:00pm-17:00pm (Monday, Tuesdays and Fridays), 09:30am - 13.00pm & 14:00pm - 18:0 pm (Wednesdays & Thursdays) and 09:00am - 16:00pm (Saturdays).
