| Sectors - Waste and Energy Asbri Planning has a history of successful planning application promotion for waste and energy projects of all sizes. Schemes promoted include aggregate recycling facilities, waste transfer sites, waste to energy projects and general recycling schemes. The services we provide include: Appraising potential waste and energy sites; facilitating pre-application meetings with local authority planners; co-ordinating, briefing and managing specialist technical development teams; co-ordinating the preparation and submission of planning applications, including preparing Design and Access Statements and/or planning statements; monitoring the determination of planning applications by the local planning authorities; negotiating S106s; co-ordinating the process of discharging planning conditions; undertaking waste facility management assessments; undertaking Environmental Impact Assessment screening and scoping. We have also represented third party organisations objecting to major biomass schemes in South Wales. |
