PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A new 13,100m2 campus for Bridgend College over two buildings on the site of the former police station and multi-storey car park in Bridgend Town Centre. The scheme will offer state of the art facilities comprising IT suites, multi-purpose studios, catering kitchens, hair and beauty salons, recording and dance studios, design workshops and performance areas for over 800 students and 200 staff as well as a 200 seat auditorium, caf? bar and public realm improvements.
