PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Grade II listed Tramshed was previously an abandoned tram depot that had fallen into disrepair. Now the music venue is the centre piece of a brand new creative hub in Cardiff city centre which also offers 30 residential live / work units; a boutique cinema; flexible office spaces; and community facilities.  The Tramshed now forms an iconic community building within the centre of Grangetown

OUR INPUT

Asbri Planning Ltd lead on the proposals for a new flexible 4 storey office development to complement the existing tech hub.  Asbri have co-ordinated the design team, including project architect and other specialists, in the preparation of a comprehensive planning and listed building application.
