Asbri Planning are acting on behalf of Melin Holmes and Monmouthshire County Council in the proposal for residential development of approximately 300 new homes, along with a new care facility and a network of public open spaces.
Asbri Planning is part of the development team and is tasked with submitting a planning application for the development to the Council.
