Asbri Planning Ltd is working alongside Austin-Smith Lord Architects LLP and Welsh Government in the preparation of an outline planning application for residential development, a new primary school, open space and associated works at Land at Upper Cosmeston Farm, Lavernock, Penarth.
The site is allocated within the adopted Vale of Glamorgan Local Development Plan (LDP) (June 2017) for Housing with Infrastructure Provision.
In preparation of an outline planning application, and to inform the development of a site masterplan, we are keen to engage with the local community to seek their views on the general form of development across the site and to answer any questions that may arise. To this end we are holding a public consultation on Monday 1st April between the hours of 12noon to 7pm at the Lakeside Cafe at Cosmeston Lakes Country Park. The exhibition will provide an opportunity for local residents to call in to view early design proposals and to ask questions of the design team.

Bydd modd i’r gymuned leol weld y cynlluniau dylunio cynnar ac i ofyn gwestiynau i’r tim datblygu.
