Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Karim Developments to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of the proposed full planning application for residential apartments consisting of a 6 storey block fronting Orchard St with commercial unit at ground floor alongside the conversion and upwards extension to residential apartments above the existing commercial units with associated works, at 22-23 High St, Swansea.
As the scheme constitutes a major development, a pre-application consultation period is required in order to provide those who may be interested in the proposals with an opportunity to view the draft application package and express their views.
We give notice that Karim Developments are intending to submit a full planning application for the following development:
Proposed full planning application for residential apartments consisting of a 6 storey block fronting Orchard St with commercial unit at ground floor alongside the conversion and upwards extension to residential apartments above the existing commercial units at 22-23 High St and associated works.
Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
