Asbri Planning have been instructed by Caerphilly County Borough Council to progress a Pre-Application Consultation (PAC) in respect of the proposed demolition of the existing Kautex Building and external ancillary structures and redevelopment for construction of a municipal transfer station for recyclable waste including office space, refill bays, glass storage, plant and machinery and associated works. Refurbishment of the existing Delyn Building to provide a vehicle fleet work shop, storage facility and depot including retention of existing office space, reconfiguration of the building, plant and machinery and associated works. Construction of a car park to support proposed uses and associated works at the land at and adjacent to the former Kautex and Delyn Buildings, Dyffryn Business Park, Alder Avenue, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed, CF82 7TW.

 

In accordance with Part 1A of The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016 (“the 2016 Order”), all major developments are required to be subject to pre-application consultation, prior to the Planning Application being validated by the Local Planning Authority. Under Section 2C Asbri Planning are required to make a draft valid planning application available publicly for comment for no less than 28 days.
