Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Cadwyn Housing Association to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of the proposed Full planning application for the proposed demolition of the existing property and redevelopment of the site for residential development and associated works on land to the north of Stirling Road, Ely, Cardiff.

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.

All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review online below.

Please come along to view plans and images of the development proposals, discuss queries with members of the team and provide comments on the proposal
