Asbri Planning Ltd has been commissioned by Tai Tarian to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of the proposed development on land north of Bevin Avenue, Sandfields, Port Talbot, SA12 5JU.      

We give notice that Tai Tarian is intending to apply for planning permission, for the following development:

Refurbishment of the existing 69no. 2 bed flats, conversion of 3no. 2 bed flats to 3no. new 1 bed flats and the construction of an additional 1no. 2 bed and 54no. 1 bed flats, with associated car parking, landscaping and infrastructure works.

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 as amended by The Planning Applications (Temporary Modifications and Disapplication) (Wales) (Coronavirus) Order 2020, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.

All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review online below.
