Asbri Planning have been instructed by Emtrek Developments Ltd to progress a Pre-Application Consultation (PAC) in respect of the proposed residential development and associated works at land to the south of Waterton Lane, Bridgend.

Mae Asbri Planning Cyf  wedi ei gomisiynu gan Emtrek Developments Ltd i drefnu datblygiad arfaethedig cyn cyflwyno cais am ganiatâd cynllunio i’r awdurdod cynllunio lleol (“ACLl”) ar gyfer datblygiad preswyl a gweithiau cysylltiedig ar dir i’r de o Lôn Waterton, Pen-y-bont ar Ogwr.
