Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Cardiff Living (Cardiff Council and Wates Residential partnership) to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of Full planning application for residential development, access and associated works at Land to the south of Willowbrook Drive, St Mellons, Cardiff.

We give notice that Cardiff Living (Cardiff Council and Wates Residential partnership) is intending to apply to Cardiff Council for the following development;

Full planning application for residential development, access and associated works

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this proposed development must do so by the 21st October 2025.
