Mae Asbri Planning Ltd wedi cael cyfarwyddyd gan Gyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf i gynnal Ymgynghoriad Cyn Ymgeisio mewn perthynas â’r estyniad arfaethedig i’r safle Sipsiwn a Theithwyr presennol, rheoleiddio’r plot presennol, y bloc cyfleusterau cysylltiedig, swyddfa’r safle a’r gwaith cysylltiedig ar Faes Carafanau Beddau, Heol Penycoedcae, Beddau, Pontypridd.

Yn unol â Rhan 1A o Orchymyn Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref (Gweithdrefn Rheoli Datblygu) (Cymru) (Diwygio) 2016, mae’n ofynnol i bob datblygiad mawr fod yn destun ymgynghoriad cyn ymgeisio, cyn i’r Cais Cynllunio gael ei ddilysu gan yr Awdurdod Cynllunio Lleol. O dan Adran 2C, mae’n ofynnol i Asbri Planning Ltd sicrhau bod cais cynllunio drafft dilys ar gael i’r cyhoedd gyflwyno sylwadau arno, a hynny am o leiaf 28 diwrnod.

Asbri Planning have been instructed by Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council to progress a Pre-Application Consultation (PAC) in respect of the proposed extension of existing Gypsy and Traveller site, regularisation of existing plot, associated amenity block, site office and associated works at Beddau Caravan Park at Penycoedcae Road, Beddau, Pontypridd.

In accordance with Part 1A of The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016 (“the 2016 Order”), all major developments are required to be subject to pre-application consultation, prior to the Planning Application being validated by the Local Planning Authority. Under Section 2C Asbri Planning are required to make a draft valid planning application available publicly for comment for no less than 28 days.

All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are available for inspection and review below.
