Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Wales and West Housing Association to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of a hybrid planning application comprising of a full application for extra-care accommodation and associated highways, landscaping and drainage works and an outline application for residential development and associated works with all matters reserved except for access on land adjacent to Oak Court, Myrtle Close, Penarth.
