Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Bluefield Land Ltd to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of the proposed development on land to the North of Old Foundry Road, Pontardawe.
I give notice that Bluefield Land Ltd are intending to apply for planning permission, for the following development;
Construction of 36 affordable residential units, highways access, parking, landscaping and associated infrastructure works on land to the north of Old Foundry Road, Pontardawe
Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review on-line below. Computer facilities of the proposed application are also available to view at the following location: Pontardawe Library, Holly Street, Pontardawe, SA8 4ET with the following opening times; Monday and Wednesday 09:30-18:00; Tuesday and Thursday 09:30-18:00; Friday 09:30-19:00; and, Saturday 09:30-13:00. Please note that the library is closed all day on Sunday.
