Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Melin Homes to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of the proposed development at Tredegar Court, Newport  

We give notice that Melin Homes is intending to apply to Newport City Council for planning permission, for the following development;

Demolition of the existing older persons accommodation block (currently 39 bedsits) to provide 47 older persons flats, staff room, communal lounge, reception area, car parking, landscaping and associated works at Tredegar Court, Marion Street, Newport.

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales)  Order 2012, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.

All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review on-line below. Computer facilities of the proposed application are available to view at Pillgwenlly Library, 110 Commercial Rd, Newport NP20 2GW between the hours of 9:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 - 16:30 (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday), however it is closed on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. In addition computer facilities are available at Newport Central Library, John Frost Square, Newport, NP20 1PA which are open Tuesday to Friday between 9:00 – 17:30 and Saturday between 9:00 and 16:00. It is closed on Sunday and Monday.
