Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Wales and West Housing Association to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of the proposed residential development and associated works at the former Cardiff Youth Hostel, Wedal Road, Cardiff.

We give notice that Wales and West Housing Association is intending to apply for the following development;

Full planning application for the proposed residential development and associated works

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 as amended, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.

All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review online below. For those without access to the internet, computer facilities are available at Cathays Library, Fairoak Street, Cathays, Cardiff, CF24 4PW. Please contact the library on 029 20785580 or email cathayslibrary@cardiff.gov.uk and arrange an appointment time. The identified library is open as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, from 9:00-13:00 and 14:00-18:00; Wednesday 9:00-13:00 and 14:00-19:00, Saturday 9:00-13:00 and 14:00-17:30. The library is closed on Sunday and Friday.
