Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by United Welsh Housing Association to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of the proposed full planning application for residential development, new access, landscaping, drainage arrangements and associated works.

We give notice that United Welsh Housing Association is intending to apply for the following development;

Full planning application for residential development, new access, landscaping, drainage arrangements and associated works on land at Windsor Colliery, Abertridwr, Caerphilly

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 as amended by The Planning Applications (Temporary Modifications and Disapplication) (Wales) (Coronavirus) Order 2020, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.

All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review online below. For those without access to the internet, hardcopies of the application documentation are available at Abertridwr Library, Caerphilly, CF83 4EJ. Please contact the library on 02920 830790 or libatrid@caerphilly.gov.uk and arrange an appointment time. The identified library is open as follows:

  • Monday: 9:30am-1pm and 2pm-6pm
  • Tuesday: 9:30am-1pm and 2pm-5pm
  • Wednesday: Closed
  • Thursday: 2pm-6pm
  • Friday: 9:30am-1pm and 2pm-5pm
  • Saturday: 9:30am-1pm
