OUR INPUT

Full planning consultancy services leading a multi-disciplinary team for the demolition of the existing care home and redevelopment 60 affordable 1 and 2 bedroom over 55s apartments. The scheme required a number of design solutions to be explored as well as identifying a bespoke solution to address nitrate mitigation given the impact of development in the River Solent catchment area.
