Full planning consultancy services leading a multi-disciplinary team for the demolition of the existing buildings and redevelopment 50 affordable 1 and 2 bedroom over 55s apartments. The scheme required a number of design solutions to be explored given the tightly constrained nature of the site, particularly local residential properties and trees.
