Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Wales and West Housing Association to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of the full application for the proposed demolition of Former Aberaeron Hospital, proposed residential development of 20 no. flats and associated works at the site of the Former Aberaeron Hospital, Princes Avenue, Aberaeron, SA46 0JJ.
We give notice that Wales and West Housing Association is intending to apply to Ceredigion County Council for the following development;
Demolition of Former Aberaeron Hospital, proposed residential development of 20 no. flats and associated works
Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review online below. Computer facilities are available at Aberaeron Library, County Hall, Stryd y Farchnad, Aberaeron, SA46 0AT. The identified library is open as follows Monday 9:00am – 13:00pm and 14:00pm – 18:00pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9:00am – 13:00pm and 14:00pm – 17:00pm, Friday 9:00am – 13:00pm and 14:00pm – 16:30pm, Saturday 10:00am – 12:00pm and Sunday closed.
A public consultation event is being held The Royal British Legion Hall, Aberaeron, SA46 0JA between 2:00pm and 7:00pm on 10th January 2020. Members of the public are invited to come along to view the plans and documents associated with the proposed development, discuss the scheme with the design team and complete response forms.
