Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Pobl Group to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of the proposed development at Plot 2B (Land North of West Link), Cross Hands, Llanelli.

We give notice that Pobl Group is intending to apply to Carmarthenshire County Council for planning permission, for the following development;

Proposed construction of residential development comprising 60no. dwellings with associated access, parking, landscaping and infrastructure works on Plot 2B (Land North of West Link), Cross Hands, Llanelli.

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales)  Order 2012, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.

All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review on-line below. Computer facilities are available to view the application online at Cross Hands Library, Carmarthen Road, Cross Hands between the hours of 10am to 5pm on Monday and Thursday (closed between 1pm and 2pm) and 10am to 1pm on Saturdays. Alternatively, computer facilities are also available at Ammanford Library, 3 Wind St, Ammanford, SA18 3DN between the hours to 9am – 7pm Monday and Thursday, 9am – 6pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and 9am – 5pm on Saturdays.
