Pre-Application Consultation Expired
Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Caredig Housing Association and Pentrechwyth Road Ltd to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of a full planning application for the demolition of existing structures and construction of 34no. affordable residential dwellings and associated works at Pentrechwyth Road, Bonymaen, Swansea, SA1 7AB. Following the initial statutory pre-application consultation in February for the above-mentioned development, the design team have reviewed the scheme in light of comments received from the Local Highway Authority which has resulted in a rearrangement of the site access/layout.
