Max joined the Cardiff team in June 2025, where he is enjoying gaining experience by working on a variety of development schemes including residential, affordable housing, commercial, and renewable energy.
A lifelong resident of Cardiff, Max decided to stay and attend Cardiff University where he studied Urban Planning and Development at undergraduate level and Spatial Planning and Development at postgraduate level.
Outside of work, Max enjoys travelling and travelled through Southeast Asia on his gap year and his favourite place he visited was Vietnam!
