Asbri Planning Ltd. has been commissioned by Powys County Council to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of the full planning application for residential development and associated works on land off Kilvert View, Clyro, Powys, HR3 5NQ

We give notice that Powys County Council is intending to apply to Powys County Council for the following development;

Full planning application for residential development and associated works

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.

All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review online below. Computer facilities are available at Hay on Wye Library, Oxford Road, Hay on Wye, Powys, HR3 5BT. The library is open Monday and Thursday (10:30am–12:30pm/1:30pm–6:00pm), Friday (1:30pm–6:00pm) and Saturday (10:00am–12:30pm). The library is closed on Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday.

A public engagement event is being held on the 23rd September 2019 from 2:00pm-7:00pm at Clyro Village Hall, where members of the development team will be available to answer questions and to discuss the proposed development.

Mae’r llyfrgell ar agor Ddydd Llun a Dydd Iau (10:30am–12:30pm/1:30pm–6:00pm), Dydd Gwener (1:30pm–6:00pm) a Dydd Sadwrn (10:00am–12:30pm). Mae’r llyfrgell ar gau ar Ddydd Mawrth, Mercher a Sul.
